From the award winning Business Class Vantage seat to the unique staggered configuration of the Cozy Suite, our approach maximises cabin real estate, increasing density and improves passenger comfort.
The on-going exploration of new concepts, materials and technologies by our pioneering team of designers and engineers ensures that we are always at the forefront of product development. 

Potential new designs are evaluated, including cyclical testing to ensure durability and reliability in service and our dedicated Certification Department ensures any new design or development meets the necessary regulatory requirements.

Before the final stage in our turnkey service, our Quality Control team ensures that every finished product meets the strictest criteria demanded by both Thompson Aero Seating and our customers.

Our full, in-house capabilities enable us to provide a complete and comprehensive turnkey solution with the flexibility to rapidly design, prototype and manufacture a uniquely highly customised solution delivered to specific customer requirements.

By investing in our people, our technology and our manufacturing capabilities we also optimize the control we have throughout a customer program. All Thompson seats are designed, engineered, manufactured and assembled by us at our dedicated facilities in Northern Ireland.

Dedicated Program Management
& After Sales Support

Our key focus is to provide full customer service during the development stages of the highest quality product. A dedicated Program Manager working alongside a team of designers and engineers provides a central point of contact for our customers and suppliers, guaranteeing the highest standards are applied within agreed timelines to support 100% on-time delivery.

Our dedicated team of Field Service Engineers provide on-site support during the installation phase to enable the important on-time entry into service. Once in-service, customers can then rely on Thompson’s Customer Support Team to provide essential AOG services that guarantee urgent spare parts are processed, despatched and delivered without delay.
