The Pulse of TAS

A company with warmth and attitude

At Thompson we are proud of our Northern Irish Heritage, whilst our products reach a worldwide industry, at home is where it all began. The campaign celebrates the people who work for TAS and the homegrown skills and expertise that our people bring to the company, along with the warmth and passion.

The brand campaign brings together the people and strengths of Thompson with the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Northern Ireland.

The new visuals combine futuristic patterns that represent Thompson’s engineering expertise and innovation with imagery inspired by the country’s wind-swept earthiness and deep-rooted history – a reflection of Thompson’s craftmanship and integrity.

Thompson is known affectionately as TAS, or often, Team TAS, by those close to the business and sees itself as ‘a company with warmth and attitude’. Putting the spotlight on its people shows customers and partners the human side of the business, while celebrating the talent and teamwork behind the iconic Vantage seating range.

The first five employees to feature in the TAS brand campaign are:

Francisco Cabral, Assembly Lead
Francisco oversees monocoque production with uncompromising precision — the foundation of every premium Thompson seat. “Every seat we build starts with the monocoque. Getting it right is critical, and I take pride in knowing our work sets the standard for comfort and quality.”
Alexandra Vinagre, Technical Lead
Alexandra is known for her determination and fearless approach to problem-solving. “I don’t believe in doing things ‘the way they’ve always been done.’ If we can push further, think smarter, and improve, then I’ll say it.”
Aine Mallon, HSE Advisor
Champions health, safety, and environment across the business, keeping people safe and standards high. ‘For me, it’s all about people – making sure everyone goes home after having a good day at work.’
Martin Magee, Production Operative
Martin brings care and craftsmanship to every build. “It’s a great feeling when you see the seats finished, knowing you played a part in creating something that will travel the world.”
Lennox Camara, Production Operative
Lennox ensures every component is fitted perfectly, combining care with precision on the production line. “I focus on the details because every piece matters. Seeing a finished seat ready to fly is incredibly rewarding.”
