Thompson Aero Seating Celebrates Successful AIX 2025

Thompson Aero Seating is proud to reflect on its most successful Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) 2025 so far, based not only on the number of visitors to the Thompson stand but also on the positive feedback received. Visitors included industry leaders, airline partners, and media representatives eager to explore Thompson’s latest innovations and discuss future market trends with subject matter experts.
Behind every standout moment on the show floor was a year of hard work by the Thompson team. From stand design and engineering to product development and logistics, every contribution played a part in making AIX 2025 such a memorable milestone. The show’s success is a true reflection of the dedication, passion, and talent that runs through every part of the organisation.
The full Vantage seating family was on display, including:
- Vantage
- VantageSOLO
- VantageXL
- VantageNOVA
- And, debuting publicly for the first time: VantageNOVA First and VantageXL+
Beyond the products, the evolution of Thompson’s stand design continues — a space carefully crafted to reflect Thompson’s open personality and innovative spirit.
In true Thompson style, the team brought a touch of Irish heritage again to Hamburg with the now-legendary Guinness Party — a much-anticipated fixture on the AIX calendar. The event was a lively celebration of Irish hospitality and a reflection of the camaraderie and energy that are at the heart of Thompson’s team culture.
As always, AIX was not only an opportunity to present the latest products, but also a chance to strengthen connections, celebrate teamwork, and reaffirm the values that set Thompson apart.
CEO Keith Anderson captured the spirit of the event perfectly in a live interview with Adam Gavine, Editor of Aircraft Interiors International, filmed on the new VantageNOVA First quad dining seats. When asked what made Thompson different, Keith said:
“A lot of hard work — and a personal choice.”
