Hainan Airlines Named Launch Customer for Vantage in China

Thompson Aero Seating is pleased to announce Hainan Airlines as the launch customer for its Vantage full-flat seat platform in China.

The programme will see Vantage installed on Hainan Airlines’ A321neo series platform, with entry into service expected as early as 2027. This marks the first time Hainan Airlines has introduced a new-generation full-flat business class seat on its narrow-body fleet. The collaboration represents an important step in expanding Thompson’s presence in the Chinese market, bringing its proven seating solution to one of the region’s leading premium carriers.

The new full-flat Business Class cabin will deliver a refined passenger experience, combining comfort, privacy and intelligent design tailored to Hainan Airlines’ needs.
